COVID -19 Updates

Hi there mom,

We hope you are doing well during such difficult times.

Please keep in mind that our delivery times can take up to 20 days in regular times (depending on your exact location and the warehouse of the product you choose, we are working hard to keep all the inventory in our warehouse in Texas, Pandemic is making us go slower than we would like to), but due to the COVID-19 crisis, some orders are taken longer. Costume clearance is taking longer and all the carriers are doing their best to deliver in time.

Changes in tracking information could take time in being updated for any of the following reasons:

- Carriers are delayed updating the information

-The product hasn't been released by costumes clearance

- The product's costume was cleared but it is waiting for the pick up by carriers

Please keep in mind that some of the delays can be due to:

- Carriers work overload

- Carriers and all carriers are prioritizing some goods and deliveries

- Carriers and all carriers are working in "batches" to keep their personnel safe

- Imported products can be delayed in costumes house for your safety

We really appreciate that you gave us the opportunity to feature your little one once you get the products. If the clothes don't fit your little one when you get it, please let me know and I will make it up to you
